Dunkin’ Donuts® Gingerbread Spice Latte

The mornings are getting colder and I find myself looking forward to my cup of coffee even more so. There is something comforting about that first cup. Especially now that I am chasing my toddler around it is even more necessary! Being able to brew an amazing tasting cup of coffee at home is key. I love that I can have something a little bit special to look forward to when I wake up. Dunkin’ Donuts French Vanilla flavored coffee is my own personal favorite. It has a rich flavor without being overpowering and it pairs perfectly with the gingerbread spice in this latte recipe.

As the holidays approach a festive mood strikes and you may also have more house guests. This simple latte recipe is perfect for snowy mornings or cold nights in. This latte is perfect to pair with a cookie bar for guests and you can arrange them on colorful platters by where you serve the coffee. Having gingerbread cookies to pair with the French Vanilla Gingerbread Latte is a fun extra touch.

Dunkin’ Donuts Gingerbread Spice Latte

ingredients

  • 1/2 c Dunkin’ Donuts french vanilla flavored ground coffee, brewed

  • 3/4 c milk

  • 1 Tbsp molasses

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

instructions

  1. In a small bowl or measure cup, combine the coffee, molasses, maple syrup, ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Whisk together until well-combined. Pour evenly between two coffee mugs.

  2. Heat the milk until just steaming in a small saucepan (or in a microwave). Froth by either using an electric frother if you have one. Or you can take a hand mixer and blend the milk until foamy. However, be very careful because you are working with hot milk. Pour the milk evenly between the two mugs. Spoon on the frothy milk on top.
