Pineapple Lime Smoothie


 
 
 

Everytime we go to the grocery store SIena gets a green smoothie. It has become a tradition. Smoothies are a great way to get in fruits, veggies, and other goodies. It is also a great way to make something and share it with your toddler. I put in flax and hemp seeds. Get in some yogurt for probiotics. There are so many variations you can try. Here is one of Siena’s favorites!

Pineapple Lime Smoothie

ingredients

  • 1/2 of an avocado

  • 1 cup baby spinach, packed

  • 1/2 cup of pineapple (frozen or fresh)

  • 1/4 cup mango (frozen or fresh)

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tsp honey

instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. If not using any frozen fruit, add 2 -3 ice cubes to the mix.
